i can't help but think how funny the facebook site is. and how you can, or it's possible to, reconnect with some of the most seemingly random people from your past. assuming you have no chapters that are too dreadful for you to ever want to re-open, it's kind of nice..
in other news.. well, there is none really. other than the fact that i actually truly enjoy tutoring.. one of my girls has an algebra I exam this wednesday so we've been meeting up for concentrated review sessions. problem solving questions were always my fav in math. i think it teaches you/one a good thinking skill set. here's a problem we did today [in my own words..]:
suzy went to this music store that sold cds for $11.50 or $7.50 a pop. she ended up buying 12 cds and spending $110 dollars. how many of each type of cd did she buy?
do do do doo do do do. do do do do do do do. bum bum.
are you smarter than a... ninth grader, in this case? comment me the answer and if you can't figure it out, i'm available for tutoring at very reasonable rates.. jsyk.
